Today I want to talk to you about an important topic; self-permission.

I see many people waiting around for someone to give them permission before they start something. It could be starting a business, getting into a new relationship, changing careers, you name it. They look to outside sources for validation that they're ready, worthy and good enough to start or make the change.

Can you relate?

The problem is, if you rely solely on others for validation, you’ll end up disappointed. Plus, you’ll always be waiting to take action. And when you continue to wait, you deprive the world of experiencing the unique gifts that only YOU can share.

I know you have a strong desire to share your gifts. You want to impact others in meaningful and profound ways with those gifts...

Yet you doubt yourself. You wait around for someone to tell you it’s ok to go for it.

Start to give yourself permission. When you do, you become a mirror for others to see their own ability and power to give themselves permission too.

Pay attention to what you want, need and desire. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you desire something, then it means the way to its fulfillment is already present.

If it weren't, you would not have felt the desire in the first place. Get excited about your goals and dreams and know that you have what it takes to make it happen!
