This is something I learnt from one of my mentors. He said 'What got you here, won't get you there.'

I've come to realize that success isn't about sticking to the same old script. It's about being open to new ideas, perspectives, and ways of doing things.

It's about embracing change with open arms and stepping outside your comfort zone.

I've experienced this firsthand. When I look back on my journey in building my business, I've had to reassess my approach and make adjustments along the way.

And you know what?

It hasn't always been easy.

I remember when I first started mass producing my planners and had to give a HUGE chunk of change into the production. I was so scared as it felt like such a huge risk. But I knew I had to step out and play big.

I had to be willing to take the risk from a calculated and strategic place.

Change can be scary, intimidating even. But it's also incredibly liberating.

What worked for me in the early stages of my business certainly wasn't enough to sustain me in the long run.

I had to evolve, push beyond my limits, embrace new challenges and match my identity to my vision.

So, listen. What got you here won't get you to your next level of growth and success.

But... with a little bit of courage, the right support, and a sprinkle of confidence and self-belief, you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.
