What’s it really costing you to stay stuck?

So last weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of kicking off the festive season by being part of an incredible holiday market show at a large mall in my community, sharing my planners with so many amazing people.

It was so much fun connecting with planner fans who came back to grab more and meeting those who’ve been following my work. 

These moments always remind me why I do what I do… to help others design and live their dream lives. It was also fun doing some impromptu coaching with them as well. LOL

In all the buzz and energy of the vendor show, one conversation really stood out.

A woman came up to my booth, and we chatted for a while. Her story was familiar, and one I’ve heard so many times before.

She had this deep desire to create change and uplevel her business, but wasn’t willing to invest in herself to make it happen.

Can you relate?

Here’s the thing. I see this over and over again. People pouring their time, energy, and focus into things that don’t move them closer to their dreams. They consume endless free content, spin their wheels, and try to DIY their way to success.

But in doing so, they miss the blind spots and opportunities that could truly move them forward.

Here’s the truth. If you’re unwilling to invest in yourself, how can you expect anyone else (clients, customers, partners, or even the universe) to invest in you?

This is what I call the Law of Reciprocity. When you step up and show yourself you’re worth the investment, everything changes.

I’ve had countless clients tell me that the moment they said ‘yes’ to coaching or mentorship, something incredible happened. A new client popped out of nowhere. An unexpected opportunity landed in their lap.

I’ve experienced this myself. Every time I invest in myself - whether it’s a program, a mentor, or a big scary leap, doors open in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Why?

Because the universe rewards action. It rewards courage. And when you show up for yourself, the world takes notice.

So let me ask you, what’s it really costing you to stay stuck? What opportunities are you missing because you don’t feel 'ready'?

Here’s the truth. It’s never about being ready. It’s about being committed.

Committed to saying, ‘I’m worth it. My dreams are worth it.’ Committed to showing up and taking bold, messy action that moves you forward.
