Your Mid-Year Refresh Starts NOW!

Can you believe it?

We're already halfway through the year!

I know it feels like just yesterday we were setting our New Year's goals, filled with excitement and determination.

But I get it – life happens.

Goals can sometimes get lost in the daily grind.

That’s why I love the idea of a mid-year reset, and what better day than July 1 to check in and recalibrate our focus.

Just this past week, I had my quarterly planning inside my Dream Life + Business Membership and LOVED the awareness and insights that showed up for those that were there.

This is a perfect time for your planning!

Now, before you dive into planning, it's important to take a moment to reflect on the past six months.


Grab a journal and ask yourself...

  • What were my biggest wins
  • What challenges did I overcame
  • What am I most proud of


As you reflect on this, please take some time to celebrate your achievements, no matter how small it may feel for you.

This celebration builds momentum and reminds you of your strength and capability. So, throw yourself a little dance party, pop some bubbly (if that's your thing), or indulge in your favourite treat.

You deserve it!

Now... after you've celebrated those wins, it’s time to revisit those goals.

Which goals still resonate with you? Which ones need tweaking or even letting go?

Remember, it’s okay to change your mind.

Life is fluid, and so are your goals.

Reflect on what you still want to achieve, why those goals are important to you, and how you can break them into actionable steps.

With your revised goals in hand, your next step if to map out a plan.

This is where the magic happens!

Break each goal down into smaller, manageable steps. For example, if your goal is to write a book, your steps might include outlining chapters, setting daily writing targets, and scheduling time for editing. (side note: if this is your goal, keep you eyes peeled in the coming months for an exciting announcement 😉)

Set specific deadlines for each step and make them non-negotiable. Put them in your calendar and treat them like appointments. Accountability is key!

As you focus on your goals, remember to schedule regular breaks, rest, and prioritize your overall health and wellness. Your mind, body, and soul will thank you!

And remember, life can be unpredictable. There'll be twists and turns, and that’s okay. Stay flexible and be kind to yourself. If things don’t go as planned, take a deep breath, adjust, and keep moving forward.

Progress matters more than perfection. Every step forward, no matter how small, is worth acknowledging.
