Is There a Hole in your Sidewalk?

With the theme of love today, I want to remind you that the greatest love you can cultivate is that of self love. And that starts with be willing to let go of limiting patterns and habits that don't serve you, and choose a new way.

I want to share a poem I first heard the late great Wayne Dyer recite at an I Can Do It event. When I heard it, it was like a lightbulb moment of how we get into our habits. It highlights the importance of awareness and our power to choose differently.

You may have a habitual pattern of not showing up for your goals and dreams, or constantly doubting your gifts.

Maybe it's a pattern of being in a toxic relationship and putting others needs ahead of your own, to your determinant.

This beautiful and powerful poem, illustrates how we fall into these patterns over and over.... until we choose a different route.
