Are You Living from Choice or Circumstance?

There may have been times in your life when you felt trapped... letting outside circumstances dictate your way of being.

When things went wrong, you might have wanted to throw in the towel and give up.

Maybe someone criticized you and your work, and you saw it as a reason to not show up and be visible. Or maybe you had the false illusion you can’t make a good living doing work you love because you’ve never done it before.

This is living by circumstance and not by choice.

If your business is not where you want it to be, it’s because you’re choosing for it to be so. Maybe not consciously, but you are on an unconscious level.

When I got this lesson from my coach, I felt empowered. Because it meant, wherever I wasn't seeing results, it’s because I was choosing to not have it.

Consequently, I can take conscious control and transform any area I wanted to transform.

This I admit can be hard to do.

I remember years ago before I joined my mentor's transformational coaching program and it was open for enrolment. I remember thinking, 'man I just spent 5-figures on planner inventory, now to spend another $3k USD (being Canadian) on this?'

But I felt called to join. I had an inner knowing that I had to be there. I recognized now, that I choose to live by choice when I listened to my desire to join.

You see, by not joining and solely focusing on all the investments I've just made, would have been to live by circumstance. So, I decided to live by CHOICE, and thank goodness I did because it was one of the best decisions I've made personally and professionally.

You have the choice to take action and create the outcomes you want in your life and business.

Make the CHOICE to show up differently and do what’s needed in order get the results and outcomes you want.

So, if you want to grow your business by taking a new program, hiring a coach, or going to an event, then show up and invest in yourself.

Commit to it and the money will show up.

Remember this: When you work from your circumstance, you repeat your circumstance. However, when you start to live by choice, you truly step into becoming the deliberate and powerful creator you were born to be.
