I remember when I first started out in the online space. I saw what others were doing and tried to emulate it. Only to get super frustrated at not getting even a fraction of the results I saw others having.

Here’s the thing I came to learn. Often, what we ‘see’ is just the tip of the iceberg. We don’t see the ice beneath the surface. We don’t see all the behind the scene work that goes into what we see publicly.

Also, most importantly, when we're busy trying to be like everyone else, we miss out on the magic that makes us unique.

Look, out of 8 billion people on the planet, no one is quite like you! YOU are the differentiating factor!

Imitation might feel like the safer route, but it’s also a surefire way to blend into the background.

Think about it. The businesses and entrepreneurs that truly stand out are ones who have the courage to be different. They embrace their unique selves, break away from the norm, and let their individuality shine.

How amazing would it be to be paid being you?!

You can incorporate your unique ways into your business, to attract those that align and resonate with you. And when you work from this place, business becomes more fun and easier!

Ask yourself:

• What are the qualities or experiences that set me apart from others in my field
• How can I incorporate these unique aspects into my business or work
• What’s one bold step I can take this week to showcase my individuality

By reflecting on these questions, you'll start to uncover the unique value you bring to the table and how to let it shine brightly in everything you do.
